I wanted to use this week to go over what I had learned during my 2-day UX Bootcamp with General Assembly.

It was a fantastic speed run through UX Design basics, such as the design process and using Figma.

The design brief was to create an Alarm clock app.

We were encouraged to personalise this design task to us and to be as creative as possible — so that’s what we did!

Our team all felt that wellbeing was important but that finding the time to add wellbeing practices, such as journaling or yoga, into their everyday routines was difficult.

After finishing my UX Design 2-day bootcamp with General Assembly, I wanted a way to keep trying new things in Figma and a way to keep myself accountable for my progress.

And so Figma Fridays was born!

Each week I will be exploring a new idea, trying out different tools and stages of the user journey, as well as understanding the branding and UI or different companies by trying to mimic them.
